Giving back to the community is an integral part of how we run our own business and allocate resources of time and energy. We are grounded in the reality that pro bono services of a law firm can help the quality of life of everyone in the region it serves. To that end we not only provide legal services but we are active participants and take leadership roles in the day-to-day activity of many local non-profit organizations. Here are just a few selected groups that we help.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell Inc.
We represent Habitat in real estate matters and numerous general counsel assistance making her available to negotiate real estate matters and real estate closings for the organization that constructs affordable housing in the Greater Lowell Area.

“Bill Martin has been a committed board member and building committee member for D'Youville for close to four years. He's been instrumental in the strategic planning, assisting in key activities ranging from advocating for funding for the independent living project, to achieving tax exempt status for the new D'Youville Foundation and D'Youville Senior Living entities. It's not only his expertise that D'Youville benefits from, but Bill’s genuine support of D'Youville's mission, his accessibility, and his personable qualities, that make him an invaluable asset as well as a great pleasure to have as part of the D'Youville team.”
