GOLD PARTNER PLAN
The Gold Partner Plan is designed for larger companies that manage employees and have several business initiatives. EBM&D offers unlimited emergency telephone and e-mail access to a lawyer, 20 hours of consulting time, 15 hours of legal research and an initial planning meeting in which we analyze your legal issues. This analysis, called our Legal Health of Your Business Assessment, consists of a 3 hour meeting to determine legal issues facing your business and implementation of a specific legal plan for your business.
Our Gold Partners receive our Corporate Compliance Program at no charge and 5 Advocacy Letters.
We provide quarterly newsletters of legal issues facing businesses and access to our member only web page.
Most importantly, your company receives a reduced rate on litigation costs if your company is involved in a lawsuit. Fixed fee options are also available.
Finally, our Gold Partners are invited to attend our Annual Business Seminar on topics facing businesses today.
SILVER PARTNER PLAN
The Silver Partner Plan is designed for younger companies that need easy access to legal counsel and may have questions on the day to day operation of their business. EBM&D provides unlimited emergency access via telephone and e-mail, 15 hours of consulting time with legal counsel, 10 hours of legal research, 3 Advocacy Letters and our quarterly newsletter.

BRONZE PARTNER PLAN
The Bronze Partner Plan serves small businesses and sole proprietorships and provides unlimited access to a lawyer and paralegal on an emergency basis, 10 hours of consultation with legal counsel, 5 hours of legal research, 2 Advocacy Letters and quarterly newsletter.
