EM&D LLP LEGAL HEALTH OF YOUR BUSINESS ASSESSMENT
A Three Hour Meeting with Counsel and Paralegals to determine the issues facing your business and an assessment of your legal requirements for your business. We will also discuss any new initiatives you may be undertaking.
How it works?
There are three simple steps...
1. A pre-meeting questionnaire will be e-mailed to you to for you to fill out and will ask you to provide us with certain documents that are used in your business (i.e. your partnership agreements, leases, corporation material or any other significant legal documents that define critical legal relationships upon which your business relies.)
Once we have reviewed them…
2. We will divide the three hours over two meetings:
- In the first meeting, we evaluate the issues facing your business and discuss your goals and objectives.
- After this session, a second follow up meeting will be scheduled to introduce the issues we believe you need to address and prioritize.
3. A Legal Health Action Plan to address the issues discussed in your Legal Health of Your Business Assessment. This Plan will outline activity that you may want to address over the next year and our suggestions on how to do it.
